Interceptor Stations have been designed to allow a number of different types of treatments easily. Termite Baits, dusting or foaming are the most successful and are all possible with Interceptor Stations. When checking for activity or treating an active station the feeding Termites are not disturbed & this allows for a successful treatment.
Some commercial stations have small holes in the top of them or are very small in construction, making them difficult to treat & in some cases having to disturb feeding Termites to inspect or treat them.
If feeding Termites are disturbed they generally leave the station & in most cases they will not return.
Only a licensed Pest Control operator should carry out treatments. Do not attempt to treat the stations as you will only kill the Termites in the station leaving millions of termites back in the nest.
